To celebrate in true style, fans of the eccentric, Aquarian Guns N Roses frontman took out a collective ad in the LA Weekly, wishing him a happy birthday. Check it out below and here at the paper.
Axl was born William Bruce Rose in Lafayette, Indiana on February 6, 1962. And the rest is history.

It was announced last week that GNR would embark on a series of shows this month, beginning with three intimate dates during Fashion Week in New York, then continue with additional stops through the northeast.
Guns will also be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame on April 14 and there is, naturally, speculation of a reunion of the classic lineup of Axl, Slash, Izzy Stradlin, Steven Adler and Duff McKagan - who also celebrated a birthday yesterday - at the event. Axl is, of course, the only original member currently performing under the band name. And there’s suggestion he might be the lone holdout, due to his long standing beef with Slash.
Though he did recently tell the Los Angeles Times, "I've got mixed emotions about what the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame actually really is, but at the same time . . . I really don't want to spoil it for everybody else."
And today there was a hint of warm fuzzies on Twitter, when Slash posted the message, “Duff's bday yesterday, the redhead's today, Happy Birthday f---kers! iiiI; )”
Well, it’s a little warm and fuzzy, right?
